SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped standard ground delivery through USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for the receipt of your orders. For customized orders allow 7-10 business days.   Please make sure you input the correct address when ordering.   We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. If there are specific instructions for delivery please notate in the note section when completing your order.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to covid precautions will not accept any returns.

We will replace any item that is defective or damaged at no fault of the consumer. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Quality Concerns 

Please inspect your order upon receipt,  and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If for any reason we have to refund you, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
