Q: How long does shipping usually take and may I use a PO BOX as a shipping address?
A: Orders ship within 5-7 business days. We do offer express shipping which takes 2-4 business days upon receipt of payment. All custom orders usually ship within 7-10 business days.
Q: What textures do you sell for bundles and wigs?
A: We specialize in premium hair that is unprocessed (100% Human) our hair is available in straight body wave, curly, and deep wave. Our wigs start at 180% density (fullness).
Q: What is the difference between 5x5 closures and 13X4 or 13x6 lace frontals?
A: 5X5 closures normally come with adjustable straps and combs they can be worn glueless. They are five inches across and five inches deep. Can be free parted or worn with a middle part as well. Closures are low maintenance.
Lace frontals require more maintenance however, they have more versatility such as more parting space and the ability to wear your hair in half up half down styles. We recommend using our lace bonding glue, for a longer lasting install.
Q: Can Mane Squeeze bundles and wigs be dyed any color?
A: So glad you asked! Our hair takes very well to color, be careful not to over process hair as this willcause damage to the hair and excessive shedding. For lighter colors we recommend our 613 bundles
and wigs along with semi-permanent hair coloring. If necessary, consult your favorite hairstylist on what
they recommend.
Q: How do I care for the hair once I have made my purchase?
A: Do not over process your tresses ladies! Avoid using excessive heat, if you use heat we recommend our extreme heat protectant spray. Avoid product buildup, as this will weigh the hair down. Use a wig brush or wide tooth comb. We recommend our keratin protein shampoo and conditioner because it repairs damage, adds shine, and hydrates the hair. Wrap your hair at night with a satin scarf or bonnet.
Q: How many bundles do I need for a sew-in or a customized wig?
A: We recommend at least three bundles with a closure or frontal. Remember, that the longer the hair the less hair you will have in each bundle.
